Founder-market fit
Unfair advantage in your industry: contacts, experience, distribution.
How it works
A clear process, no smoke. The fine numbers —exact stake, deal structure— are discussed face to face.
Tell us your idea, your traction and your industry edge. Everything you share is protected under an official NDA. We reply within 7 days.
We evaluate like investors: your market, your validation, your commitment. We take few bets a year and choose them calmly.
We define the scope together and sign it. You’ll see working progress every week, and your product will be in the market in 8–12 weeks.
Launch is the beginning. We stay on as your technology partners: support, improvements and the next versions of the product.
The route
Every project is different, but the route is the same: clear scope, progress every week, and a launch that arrives when we said it would.
The exact timeline depends on the scope we define together. What never changes: you’ll always know what week you’re in and what comes next.
What we look for
Unfair advantage in your industry: contacts, experience, distribution.
Signals that your market wants it: interested customers, a waitlist or first users.
Full-time, with your own money at risk in the business.
We build; you sell and operate. That’s the deal.
Real growth potential: a business that can generate serious revenue.
No ghost partners or crossed promises. Chemistry and ethics count.
FAQ
Yes. Tech for equity is the category: a technology partner builds the product in exchange for equity in the company instead of charging the full cost of development. Technology as Capital is how The Loop Ventures does it: as a venture studio that picks a few businesses a year and stays on as a partner after launch.
A minority equity stake that we define based on the business and the scope of the work. We come in as partners, not owners: the business is yours. Exact numbers are discussed face to face.
In most cases there’s a commitment fee, a fraction of what an agency would cost. It’s not to fund the development: it’s to confirm we’re both serious. In high-conviction cases we work for equity only.
Your company — which we’re partners in. The product and its intellectual property belong to the startup, and the rules of the game are spelled out clearly in the agreement from day one, no fine print.
We include a support period after launch. Afterwards, maintenance is agreed as a monthly fee, and anything outside the signed scope is quoted separately. No surprises in either direction.
Yes. We work remotely with founders across different markets. What matters to us isn’t where you are — it’s that you have a real advantage in your market and the traction to prove it.
