Data protection

Submitting this form means we process what you write in it, your name and email, and the technical data of the connection — IP address, the approximate location derived from it, and browser data — for two purposes: evaluating your application and replying to you, and keeping the dated application record the NDA refers to. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps you are asking for by applying. We do not sell or share this data with anyone outside the evaluation, and never use it for advertising; it is processed in Supabase and Vercel, and in Resend for the emails, which may be outside your country. We keep it for the evaluation and for the confidentiality term of the NDA. You can request access, correction, deletion, objection or portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@theloop.ventures; you may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
